C&I waste

The branch of the commercial and industrial waste has been focusing during the past decades on the good quality of the materials, which are selected at source (metals, paper, cardboard,...). HOFMANN offers its BALERS for 20 years now; balers are used in these plants for an optimized conditioning of :

BALERS can be equipped when the kind of treated material “needs” a SHREDDER to optimize the performances ant the quality of the bales.

The selection applied on the industrial waste is more recent. Technical and economic conditions were not satisfying. On the contrary, nowadays, all the encumbrances related to the dumps in Europe encourage the development of alternative solutions such as selection and Fuel From Waste (CDR).

 Thanks to some rugged solutions (cardboard opener, revolving screen, ballistic screen, aerolic system, etc.) and integrating the last tecnological solutions, HOFMANN offers complete and efficient solutions for the selection of the mixed industrial waste with the aim of:

 •recovering the most of the recyclable materials (paper, cardboard, plastic, wood, ferrous and non-ferrous metals, rigid plastic and films, inert materials);

•obtaining the combustible fractions (CDR, CDR of different quality for a perfect energy recovery);

• minimizing quantities of waste destined for the dump.

These plants benefit from  technologies which are enable to reach a high production level (up to 20/25 t/hour) with a minimum number of employees for the selection and with a high reliability.
